Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days within Cairo and Giza, and may take up to 5 working days in other governorates.
Delivery times may occasionally vary during public holidays, peak periods, or due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Receiving Your Order

Returns & Exchanges Within 14 Days
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
Products must remain in the same condition in which they were received. Products that have been used, altered, damaged due to customer handling, or cannot be returned to their original condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Products manufactured according to special specifications specifically requested by the customer may also be subject to the exceptions provided by law.
Defective Products
If a product is defective, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
